The Challenge
Metromix faced the challenge of dramatically enhancing its online presence and more effectively engaging with its target audience to generate leads. Their social media channels lacked the strategic direction required to build a robust community and drive business growth.
With a greater Sydney metropolitan capability only, Metromix was competing for work against national competitors and brands with access to far more resources.
The Strategy
Recognising the commercial opportunity for a designer concrete brand, the client worked with Tick Yes worked for assistance in launching Ablestone.
The new brand – along with the established Metromix ‘grey’ concrete brand – was promoted on several social media channels that featured regular updates, engaging visuals, and informative posts to enhance brand awareness and visibility. A dedicated Facebook group was established to build a loyal and engaged community, fostering direct engagement with customers.
Additionally, targeted social media campaigns were designed to generate leads, offering valuable content and promotions to attract potential clients and drive business growth.
The Results
The social media strategy led to significant growth in followers and engagement, with the Facebook group becoming a vibrant community hub. The lead generation campaigns resulted in a steady increase in qualified leads, contributing to Metromix’s business growth and establishing a stronger connection with their customer base.
